Phil concluded our On Purpose series with a sermon speaking directly to the heart of the series. How do we actually find our purpose? Phil explained that our personal purpose must flow out of first, the cosmic purpose of God to put the whole world back together under Christ; and second, the moral purpose of God, which in Ephesians are described as the kinds of behaviors descriptive of missional people. God’s ethics flow from God’s plan, and our purpose must be an outgrowth of these two crucial factors.
