The Helping Hearts ministry is focused on meeting the physical needs of our widows, single parent families and others who may need our assistance.
GET INVOLVED
We have opportunities for volunteers to visit/check on our widows and single parent families, occasionally helping with handyman small jobs in and around their homes.
All of these opportunities help us honor our elderly members and nurture our single parent families as we fulfill our Biblical duty described in Paul’s first letter to Timothy (1 Tim. 5:1-16) and Isaiah’s pleading to “defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the case of the widow” (Isaiah 1:17b).
