Welcome to memorial road

A dynamic community of faith, hope & love.

But more than anything else, we want to be a loving community of people who are here to serve you. We exist to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, caring service, and life-changing ministries that reach out to people in our community and world. We invite you to share in this community of faith and discover God’s joy and peace in your life today.

Sharing God’s love to transform people into fully devoted followers of Christ

At Memorial Road, we accomplish our mission by practicing this vision:

Grow

Engage in private and corporate prayer, Bible study, worship and other transforming disciplines as a part of a committed, spiritual life.

Connect

Provide an environment where people feel closely connected with our Lord and others in a loving family of faith, hope, and acceptance.

Serve

Offer help and hope in the name of Jesus to people in our congregation, community and world by sacrificially using our God-given gifts.

Reach Out

Glorify God in our community and beyond by actively bringing lost people into a saving and devoted relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our Seven Core Beliefs

As a church family, we are united in our core beliefs and values, which identify who we are.

1 Thess. 4:13-18

Jesus Christ will one day return to take God’s children to be with him forever.

2 Tim. 3:16, Ps. 119:10

The Bible is the inspired Word of God – a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.

Rom. 3:23

Every person has worth as a creation of God, but all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

John 3:16

Forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available to those who trust Christ as Savior and Lord.

Rom. 10:9, Acts 2:38

Those willing to obey Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith and be baptized into him for forgiveness of sins.

Eph. 4:1-16

The church is the Body of Christ on earth, is empowered by the Holy Spirit and exists to save the lost and edify the saved.

1 Cor. 15:1-8, John 3:16

Jesus Christ is the one and only sacrifice for our sins and he arose from the dead.

Our Eight Core Values

Living Like Christ

At all times we let Christ’s life of sacrifice, service and holiness guide our actions, thoughts and speech.
Phil. 2:3-11

Biblical Teaching

We believe the timeless truth of God’s Word and the apostolic pattern provide essential guidance and instruction.
2 Tim. 3:16-17

Passionate Evangelism

We intentionally share the good news of Christ with our community and world, realizing His power to transform lives.
2 Cor. 5:20

Equip & Empower

We prepare all members for ministry, providing the spiritual training and resources necessary for fulfillment of their God-called purpose.

Complete Unity

Memorial Road is a place where harmony prevails because the Truth of God is honored.
Eph. 4:1-6

Loving Family

We love and care for our church family as we seek to grow closer to God. Believing in His power to forgive any sin we accept each other unconditionally.
Eph. 4:32

Ministry Excellence

We continually offer our best to God as we minister to people.

1 Peter 4:10-11

Godly Leadership

All leaders seek the Lord as their guide and strive to live a life that models His holiness to everyone.
1 Peter 5:1-4

How do I become a follower of Christ?

Rom. 3:23

You believe that everyone is guilty of sin, including you.

Rom. 10:9, Rom. 6:23, 2 Cor. 5:17, 21

You confess that Jesus Christ is God’s only son, that He paid the penalty for your sin by His perfect life and death on the cross, and that He made it possible for you to have new life through his resurrection.

Acts 2:36-38, Rom. 6

You are ready to give your life to Jesus Christ by: accepting His free forgiveness, repenting of past and present wrongs, being baptized by immersion into Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins.
