Go

and make disciples in my world by loving my neighbors, extending invitations, sharing the gospel and promoting justice.

Our Eight Core Values

Truths that undergird our culture.  Derived from congregation.  Useful for Ministry Filtering. Answers “Why?”

Godly Unity

We live Good lives and display Good News by proactively focusing on peace and harmony while minimizing division.

Biblical Literacy

We live Good Lives and learn Good News by studying and applying scripture in preaching, Bible classes, small groups and the education of our youth.

Spiritual Disciplines

We live Good Lives through regular spiritual practices like prayer, scripture reading, communion, worship, and fasting.

Authentic Community

We live Good Lives by pursuing Christ centered friendships within our Bible classes, small groups and inter-generational opportunities.

Empowered Servanthood

We Do Good Works by recognizing our own gifts and deploying them for the strengthening of the church.

Sacrificial Generosity

We Do Good Works by financially contributing to the ongoing work of the church.

Restorative Justice

We Do Good Works through biblical justice initiatives like care and counseling, foster and adoption ministries and local benevolence.

Missional Living

We Share Good News through evangelism, Bible studies, baptisms, invitations, church planting and missionary training and support.

Our Seven Core Beliefs

As a church family, we are united in our core beliefs and values, which identify who we are.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

Jesus Christ will one day return to take God’s children to be with him forever.

2 Timothy 3:16, Psalm 119:10

The Bible is the inspired Word of God – a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.

Romans 3:23

Every person has worth as a creation of God, but all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

John 3:16

Forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available to those who trust Christ as Savior and Lord.

Romans 10:9, Acts 2:38

Those willing to obey Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith and be baptized into him for forgiveness of sins.

Ephesians 4:1-16

The church is the Body of Christ on earth, is empowered by the Holy Spirit and exists to save the lost and edify the saved.

1 Corinthians 15:1-8, John 3:16

Jesus Christ is the one and only sacrifice for our sins and he arose from the dead.

How do I become a follower of Christ?

Romans 3:23

You believe that everyone is guilty of sin, including you.

Romans 10:9, Romans 6:23, 2 Corinthians 5:17, 21

You confess that Jesus Christ is God’s only son, that He paid the penalty for your sin by His perfect life and death on the cross, and that He made it possible for you to have new life through his resurrection.

Acts 2:36-38, Romans 6

You are ready to give your life to Jesus Christ by: accepting His free forgiveness, repenting of past and present wrongs, being baptized by immersion into Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins.
